Payment for Year Long Classes
-Registration is completed online with CREDIT CARD ONLY. All prices subject to GST.
-What’s included in the Registration fees?
1. Class Fees from Sept to May
2. Admin Fee
3. Studio Tshirt
4. Performance fees which include your Costume (we keep our costumes simple, spending approx $30 per costume), Photos & Video of the Performance. You are required to buy tickets to see the performances. Ticket sales help cover the costs of the theatre rental, photographer and videographer.
-Payment in full upon registration. *You receive a 5% discount for payments in full.
-2 Installments (first is upon registration and 2nd is 90 days after registration).
-4 Installments (first is upon registration and the next 3 are every 30 days after registration).
-Installments have a small service fee ($0.01-$2.00) per transaction.
-Full payments receive a 5% discount.
-Dancers taking 2 classes per week receive a 2% discount. Dancers taking 3 or more classes per week receive a 3% discount.
–New** Royal Bay and Dunsmuir Academy Dancers receive a 10% discount. Please indicate on your registration if you are an Academy Dancer. This will be confirmed with the Academy Directors and the studio will be in touch about your discount (in the form of a refund).
-Receipts are emailed to you once your credit card payment has been processed (automated email). If you require a different receipt for income tax purposes, please contact the studio.
Payment for 9 Week Classes
-Full payment for the 9-week session is due upon registration. All prices are subject to GST.
-Cost includes Class Fees & Registration Fee.
-We do not pro-rate for late registrations of 9-week classes.
-Yearlong Classes are a commitment from September to the end of May. The end goal is to perform as a group in May. Please inform the studio before March 1 if the dancer will not be performing in our yearend show, as it impacts the group and the instructor’s planning.
-All declined payments must be honoured within 14 days or the student will not be permitted to continue classes.
-Yearlong classes: We require a minimum of 30 days notice in writing (email please) before the start of the next month to withdraw from a class & close your account with us. Partial refunds will only be processed before March 1. The built-in costs of the Admin & Performance fees are non-refundable (15% of total fees). No pro-rating for mid-month withdrawals. No refunds/cancellations if withdrawing after March 1, 2024.
-9-Week classes: If you change your mind before the 9-week session starts, you must inform us at least 1 week before the start date to receive a full refund. Up to age 7, we will provide a partial refund if the first 1 or 2 classes of the session are unsuccessful. The built-in cost of the Admin fee is non-refundable (15% of total fees).
